About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Earned Media Excellence: Develop and execute strategies to secure positive media coverage, build relationships with key journalists, and position our brand as a thought leader in healthcare innovation.
• Owned Media Leadership: Create and manage blogs, case studies, videos, and white papers to reinforce our expertise and align with broader business goals.
• Content Optimization: Use AI-driven tools like Cision, Meltwater, and Muck Rack to identify trends, optimize content, and ensure discoverability across AI systems and search engines.
• Integrated Storytelling: Collaborate cross-functionally to weave earned and owned media narratives into cohesive campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Analytics-Driven Strategy: Leverage tools such as HubSpot and Business Wire to measure the performance of campaigns, refine strategies, and demonstrate ROI.
• Crisis and Misinformation Management: Monitor brand representation across traditional and AI-generated content, ensuring accuracy and addressing misinformation proactively.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 6+ years in communications, public relations, or content marketing, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Media Relations Expertise: Proven ability to secure earned media coverage and manage relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Content Creation Skills: Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with experience producing blogs, press releases, video scripts, and more.
• AI and SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with AI-driven tools (e.g., Cision, Muck Rack, Meltwater, HubSpot) and a strong understanding of SEO best practices.
